You have a choice between two bedrooms and will have full access to the house. The bedrooms have a long balcony, perfect for a quiet morning coffee while watching the view before you start the day.
The house is large with a semi-open plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room. That whole area has one side with floor-to-ceiling glass so that nothing obstructs the view of Durban. There is even a sitting area that is perfect as a reading nook that also has the open view in front of you. On that side is an open deck that is perfect for lunch with friends.
There is a TV room with a subscription to Netflix that will be available for you to use. Each room has an air conditioner and is furnished with a bed; one has a dressing table, and the other has a bookshelf, both with built-in cupboards.
There is also a braai area with a shadecloth overhead as well as a well-sized swimming pool.
Regretfully, no pets. Would prefer a single person, but will accept working professionals who work outside of the home. Smoking is outside only.
Electricity and water are at a set rate of R 600 and R200.
